What is your booking process?
Preliminary: The client shares information about their brand, their expectations and requirements for the project such as the number of products to be shot, image requirements per product/group of products and visual references. (The best way to share this is via email or by filling my Client enquiry form.)
After the project details are finalised, I state the cost estimate for the project and send an invoice based on the requirements of the project as well as my terms of service. I also send a product preparation guide and my delivery details for the items to be shot to be sent to my studio.
Before the shoot: I share my mood-board based on the creative direction shared by the client and the finer details are agreed upon.
After the shoot: The final edited images are ready after a minimum of 10 working days from the date I provide, this is also subject to change depending on the brief/scope of work and my availability.
Please note that payment is required for a shoot to be scheduled.
How long does it take for edited images to be ready after booking?
The delivery timeline is a minimum of 10 working days from the date I specify after the products have been received and payment has been made. However, it is also dependent on my availability as well as the complexity of the project.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is required to schedule a session. I require full payment upfront, however if a client wants to make part payment, a 70% payment is to be made and the balance payment is to be made before receipt of the images.
What are your image categories?
Minimal Product Shots: Simple and clean product images with little to no props.
Styled Product Shots: Every image requires styling, however styled product images need extra creativity with creative setups and props. Some seemingly simple images fall under this category due to the amount of work required to style them. This also includes texture shots and swatches.
Lifestyle Shots: Product images with a model showcasing the products.
